Payments can be made in Czech Crowns (CZK):

Confirmation of your payment and hotel voucher (if required) will be e-mailed to you and an original receipt will be given to you upon your arrival at the MFCS 2007 Registration Desk at Hotel Růže in Český Krumlov.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made.

Notice for Czech and Slovak participants: Bank transfers within the Czech Republic might require the "variabilni symbol" which is 3108.

The accommodation balance will be charged after August 1, unless you have cancelled in writing your room reservation.

Accomodation Payment

Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and accommodation balance (the difference between paid deposit and the rest of the costs of your stay).

Example: 5 nights/double room for single use at Hotel Růže (CZK 2 950 per night):

Accommodation deposit = CZK 4 000

Accommodation balance = CZK 10 750

Total accommodation payment = CZK 14 750

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations sent no later than July 20, 2007. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided. Refunds of accommodation payments will be granted in full for all written cancellations sent no later then August 6, 2007. Any cancellations after that date will result in a one-night charge.
