Payment

All prices (registration, accommodation, social program) are in Czech Crowns (CZK) or in EUR. All payments can be made

• by a credit card in CZK (VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club),
• by a bank transfer in EUR (Czech Republic, Prague, Komercni banka Praha 10, SWIFT: KOMB CZ PP, account EUR No. 7473400217/0100, Milena Zeithamlová, Action M Agency). Please make sure that the bank transfer is made net of all bank charges and commissions.
• by bank transfer in CZK (Czech Republic, Prague, Komercni banka Praha 10, SWIFT: KOMB CZ PP, account CZK No. 221442-101/0100, Milena Zeithamlova, Action M Agency) using "variabilni symbol" 2708.

The accommodation balance will be charged after August 1, unless you have cancelled in writing your room reservation. Hotel voucher will be e-mailed to you. Original receipt of payment will be given to you upon your arrival during the registration.

Accommodation Payment

Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and accommodation balance (the difference between paid deposit and the rest of the costs of your stay).

Example:

5 nights/single room at Pyramida Hotel (CZK 2 800 per night):
Accommodation deposit = CZK 2 500
Accommodation balance = CZK 11 500
Total accommodation payment = CZK 14 000

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than July 15, 2004. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided. Refunds of accommodation payments will be granted in full for all written cancellations postmarked no later July 15, 2004. Any cancellations after that date will result in a one-night charge.
